The Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) administers general appropriation funds designated for the purpose of supporting the Comprehensive Community Corrections Act for Local-Responsible Offenders (CCCA) and the Pretrial Services Act (PSA) as grants to local units of government. Applications for continuation funding for Fiscal Year 2020 are currently being solicited.

Applications must be received by DCJS by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2019 via email to cccapsa@dcjs.virginia.gov .  If materials are not received by the deadline, your locality will not be considered for continuation funding for fiscal years 2020.
